Currently I am Director IT at Wolters Kluwer in Manhattan. I have done applied research work in various areas including software reliability, object technology, process engineering, and performance. I recently published a chapter on Global Software Development which covers the history of GSD, current practices, and future trends. At this time I am interested in Program Understanding for Maintenance applications.
