Rune Sætre
Rune Sætre
received his M.Sc. and PhD degrees in computer science in 2003 and
2006 respectively, from the Norwegian University of Science and
Technology (NTNU), Trondheim, Norway,
for his work on the GeneTUC project.
From 2006 to 2010 he was a research associate at the University of Tokyo
(UoT), in prof. Jun'ichi Tsujii's lab.
Rune is interested in Natural Language Processing for Bio-Medical Texts (BioNLP)
and collaborates with biologists to make useful real-life applications.
Currently he is working on the "Ubiquitous service composition for all users"
