Hawaii International Conference on System Science HICSS is a
well-established and reputed conference series that offers a unique, highly
interactive and professionally challenging research environment. HICSS-40
will be held January 3-6, 2007 at Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort, Waikoloa,
Big Island, Hawaii.

Proceedings of the Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences are
published and distributed by the IEEE Computer Society. All HICSS papers are
