Innovations Conference for Knowledge Management, New Media Technology and Semantic Systems

3-5 September 2008, Messe Center Graz, Austria

The TRIPLE-I Conference series is a joint venture of the conferences I-KNOW, I-MEDIA and I-SEMANTICS. TRIPLE-I reflects the increasing importance and convergence of knowledge management, new media technologies and semantic systems. This unique concept aims at bridging the gaps between the various communities and their technology fields.

I-KNOW’ 08 - International conference on knowledge management

I-KNOW’ 08 invites the submission of original contributions from academic, public and industrial/commercial sectors. The conference focus is on application-oriented research with emphasis on information technologies for knowledge management and new management tools and methods. We welcome papers which present methods, tools, technologies, best practices and case studies.

I-MEDIA’ 08 - International conference on new media technology

Media technologies are currently facing challenges and opportunities arising from a number of trends: Under the Web 2.0 umbrella, social aspects of software are gaining importance, and a new focus on simplicity in user interface design is taking hold. In conjunction with new media, semantic technologies and social software catalyze virtual communities by matching people or similar interests, browsing behaviour, or geographic location.
