eGOV08: Registration open for e-Government Workshop 2008
Hi Folks
Registration is now open for the 4th e-Government Workshop 2008 entitled
"Transformation and Innovation". This will take place at Brunel University
(in west London, UK) on Monday, September 8 2008.
The Keynote speakers are Elizabeth Sparrow (BCS Vice President) who will
look at a series of successful UK government IT projects and Ray
Whitehouse (Head of Business Systems at the London Borough of Havering).
In addition to papers addressing e-Government in the UK there are also
papers looking at e-Government in the developing world.
This is the 4th Workshop of the series and we look forward to see the
usual mix of academics and practitioners at the sessions. As an
encouragement to early registration the first 16 places will be free of
charge. Thereafter the registration for this year will be just £20 per
head to cover catering and the cost of the registration packs which will
include all the presentations on CD.
For full details and registration got to the conference website at

My apologies to anyone who gets multiple copies from different email
lists. This is not a chain letter which will build up karma in a future
life but please feel free to forward this email to any colleagues who you
think may also be interested in the workshop.
Best wishes
