e-TQM College is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Forum on e-Learning Excellence in the Middle East 2009: Inspire, Innovate, Initiate & Impact and invites all those engaged with the implementation of excellence in e-learning to share their experiences and practices by submitting research papers, case studies, view points and reviews.

Call for Papers and Key Timelines:

To submit a paper at our upcoming forum, kindly submit a 150 word abstract, together with a brief resume
at: elexforum@etqm.ae before 1st of November, 2008.
The technical committee will review abstracts and select authors from whom a full paper will be
invited on or before 10th of November , 2008.

Full papers must be received on or before 30th November, 2008.

Corporate Showcases & Exhibitions opportunities enabling companies to present recent developments will also
be available throughout the 2009 forum, in addition to presentations on practical experiences.
