organizations and knowledge management solutions in the Software
Engineering domain. The workshop aims at the discussion of existing
applications in practice, the examination of problems and limitations
experienced in practice, and the search for innovative approaches to
overcome problems, improve existing approaches and enable the
wide-spread establishment of learning organizations in
practice. Topics include, but are not limited to:

The workshop addresses researchers and/or practitioners who are
concerned with knowledge management, organizational learning, or
experience handling in the software business in order to enable an
open discussion of ongoing activities regarding the establishment of
learning organizations in software industries.
