David Deharbe
Born in Nancy, France, on May 21st, 1968.
He graduated from Lycée Pierre Mendes France (Tunis, Tunisia), in 1986.
He obtained an undergraduate degree called "Diplôme d'Études Universitaires Générales" (Mathematics and Physics), from Université Nancy 1 (Épinal, France) in 1988.
He obtained an undergraduate degree called "Maîtrise ès Sciences et Techniques" (Informatics Systems), from Université Grenoble 1 (Grenoble, France), in 1990.
He obtained an masters degree called "Diplômes d'Études Approfondies" (Computer Science), from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (Grenoble, France), in 1991.
He obtained an doctoral degree called "Docteur en Informatique" (Computer Science), from Université Grenoble 1 (Grenoble, France), in 1996.
He has been Visiting Researcher in the Computer Science Department of Carnegie Mellon University, (Pittsburgh, PA, U.S. of A.), from February 1995 until January 1997, where he worked in the research group of ACM Turing Award recipient Prof. Edmund M. Clarke.
Since 1997, he has been working in the Department of Computer Science "Departamento de Informática e Matemática Aplicada" of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (Natal, RN, Brazil), where he is now Associate Professor.
He realized a sabbatical stay at INRIA Lorraine from March 2002 to March 2003, in the research group Cassis of Prof. Michael Rusinowitch.
