Ralf Klamma
I have a diploma degree and a doctoral degree both in computer science from RWTH Aachen University. Currently, I lead a research group at the information systems chair, RWTH Aachen University. In 2001, I was a visiting fellow at the MIT Entrepreneurship Center of MIT Sloan School of Management. I am vice coordinator of the IP ROLE (Responsive Open Learning Environment). I am also member of the research excellence cluster "Ultra High Speed Mobile Information and Communication" (UMIC). I have organized the PROLEARN Summer Schools in Sile, Turkey, Bled, Slovenia, Fréjus, France, Ohrid, FYROM, and Terchova, Slovakia. In 2007 I was co-chair of the European Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning (EC-TEL) and in 2009 co-chair of the International Conference on Web-based Learning (ICWL). In summer term 2004 I took over a stand-in professorship for media informatics at the TU Chemnitz and in winter term 2004/05 a stand-in professorship for dialog-oriented systems at the University of Passau.
